IMartz verdict

Pros

  • Genuine 480 Hz with instant OLED response, ideal for competitive gaming and maximum motion clarity.
  • Good color gamut coverage and deep blacks with the WOLED MLA panel.
  • Built-in hardware calibration, unusual in a gaming OLED at this price.

Things to consider

  • Quite pronounced matte finish, with some grain and a less clean image than glossy.
  • VRR flickering and an occasional signal-loss bug when using DisplayPort 2.1 with G-Sync.
  • Typical WOLED limitations: grid effect, grayscale banding and some black crush.

A good fit if…

  • Those seeking a very high-refresh-rate 1440p OLED at the lowest possible price.
  • Competitive gamers who can use 480 Hz and prioritize low latency and motion clarity.
  • Users who want a fast OLED with good color and hardware calibration without moving to more expensive models.

Consider another option if…

  • You want a glossy finish or the cleanest possible desktop image.
  • You are very sensitive to VRR flicker or do not want to deal with occasional DisplayPort/G-Sync bugs.
  • You want the best OLED for overall image quality rather than the cheapest fast OLED.

Peak Brightness Low tracks the reference quite well, with a slight lift in shadows and midtones. High brightens the image much more and compresses highlights, especially with small lit areas. Maximum brightness decreases as the lit area grows.
