Tested by IMartz
AMZFAST AMZG34C5Q Pro
A 34-inch, 240 Hz ultrawide VA with a low initial average but uneven response. Its very poor factory calibration, chromatic banding and broken grey and black gradients outweigh its niche advantages: not recommended.
PanelVA
A format wider than the usual 16:9. It provides extra horizontal space; support in games and video depends on their compatibility with this format.
This monitor is listed as supporting variable refresh rate on PS5. See the console section for supported resolutions and refresh rates.
IMartz verdict
Pros
- Overdrive improved by the firmware update
- 34-inch ultrawide format with a 240 Hz refresh rate
Things to consider
- Very poor factory calibration and colour bands in gradients
- Broken grey and black gradients; motion clarity falls short of what its initial average suggests
- No 16:9 aspect-ratio setting for PS5: the image is stretched across the ultrawide panel
Consider another option if…
- You want reliable colours and clean gradients
- You will use it with PS5 and want the correct aspect ratio
- You want a general recommendation without these compromises

Display and format
SDR performance
Color, brillo, contraste y comportamiento básico fuera de HDR.
Test note · sRGB accuracy
Factory calibration is very poor. The sRGB mode retains pronounced errors in some colours and does not resolve the observed chromatic banding or broken grey and black gradients.
HDR performance
Brillo pico, volumen de color, EOTF y experiencia HDR real.
Test note · EOTF tracking
HDR Game tracks the reference reasonably through the midtones, with raised shadows and an abrupt transition to its brightness ceiling of around 471 nits. HDR Movie darkens the upper midtones more before reaching a similar ceiling. Curve tracking does not resolve the observed gradient and colour problems.
Response time and PC gaming
Overdrive, tiempo de respuesta, overshoot, VRR e input lag.
Test note · Response time
The firmware update has improved the overdrive. Normal is the most balanced setting tested; Fast and Extreme increase overshoot significantly. Less aggressive options are still needed. · The average initial response time is low, but some transitions are considerably slower. In IMartz’s visual assessment, motion looks less clean than on well-tuned IPS monitors with initial averages of 4–5 ms. The 3.65 ms figure alone does not represent its motion clarity.
