Firmware warning based on IMartz tests: it is still immature. It offers no uniform brightness setting, does not switch to HDR automatically and includes no selectable True Black 400 or 500 modes. On PS5, VRR and ALLM work, but output is limited to 60 Hz at both 4K and 1080p. This could be due to firmware, but the cause is unconfirmed. The HDR TB400 specification advertised by iiyama does not mean one of those modes is available in the menu.

Test note · EOTF tracking
At 10 % APL, tracking stays close to the reference in midtones and highlights, although it darkens shadows. At 2 %, upper midtones become markedly brighter and deviate from the reference. As the illuminated area increases, the luminance ceiling falls and highlights reach the limit sooner. Behaviour changes with APL: a higher peak brightness does not imply better accuracy.
