The issue is that, without full gamut coverage, accuracy falls a little further, and the same Achilles&#8217; heel returns: blue.\n\n\n\n\nGrayscale in this mode is somewhat worse than in sRGB, although still usable. Grayscale delta E is good, but RGB balance worsens and gamma behaves somewhat oddly, not quite tracking the expected curve.\n\nWhere it does quite well is <strong>color temperature<\/strong>. In both sRGB and DCI-P3, the panel stays fairly close to the standard of <strong>6500K<\/strong>, which is always a good starting point.\n\n\n<h3>Standard mode: getting all the color<\/h3>\nTo get the most coverage from the panel, you need to leave those more restricted modes and use <strong>Standard mode<\/strong>. There, the <strong>Titan Army P2510S Plus<\/strong> rises to approximately:\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>93.1% DCI-P3<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>More than 92% Adobe RGB<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe Adobe RGB result is especially striking, because it is not common for this type of monitor to reach so high in that gamut.\n\n\n\nOf course, the price is that Standard mode extends well beyond sRGB, making colors more saturated than they should be for sRGB content. In other words, it may look striking, but it is not correct if you want strict accuracy in that color space.\n<h3>How does it perform after calibration?<\/h3>\nThe good news is that the panel seems to have a reasonably good baseline, because calibration did not require adjusting color temperature. That means the monitor was already physically well set up in that respect.\n\nAfter manual calibration with a professional meter, results clearly improve in:\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Grayscale<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Gamma<\/strong><\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Overall balance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nThe only thing that remains stubborn is that blue, which never quite lands where it should. It seems more like a limitation of the monitor itself than a simple tuning problem.\n\nAs a general reference, factory calibration can already be considered <strong>decent<\/strong>. Not perfect, but good enough for this model&#8217;s price range.\n<h2>Brightness, contrast, and uniformity<\/h2>\nMoving to more traditional measurements, the <strong>Titan Army P2510S Plus<\/strong> lands where you would expect a modern IPS, although with a few caveats.\n\nActual brightness is around <strong>360 nits<\/strong> and contrast is around <strong>1000:1<\/strong>. Those are normal IPS figures, but honestly a little more brightness would have been welcome, closer to 400 nits in SDR.\n\n\n\nBrightness uniformity is more or less decent. It is not outstanding, but it improves on the original-model unit tested previously. Even so, the lower-right corner shows more deviation than desirable.\n\n\n<h3>Backlight bleed and glow<\/h3>\nOn an IPS, this always deserves close inspection. Some visible bleed is present here, for example at the upper right, although it does not seem excessive. As for <strong>IPS glow<\/strong>, it is average or even slightly worse than some other IPS panels. The mode with the best balance is <strong>Level 2<\/strong>.\n\nWith that setting, initial response time is around <strong>4.67 ms<\/strong>, with some overshoot, but without becoming too distracting.
